On September 14, 2024, Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company officially commenced construction of the Da Nang Landmark Tower, a premier mixed-use development located at the intersection of extended Bach Dang, Binh Minh 4, and Tran Van Tru streets in Da Nang's Hai Chau District. ​

With a total investment of approximately VND 1.6 trillion, the project features two towers: the Dragon Tower with 39 floors and the Phoenix Tower with 31 floors. The development includes 446 high-end residential apartments, 8 shophouses, and a range of amenities designed to Japanese standards.
